Eligibility for the FAPYAT Scheme

You are eligible if:

  • You want to train youths aged 15–35 years.
  • You represent an NGO focused on youth activities or training.
  • Your NGO gets a recommendation from the State, Union Territory Administration, District Collector or relevant youth authority.

You are not eligible if:

  • You are not running a registered NGO.
  • Your organization lacks the proper recommendations from local authorities.
  • Your proposals do not fit the youth training or integration objectives.

Documents Required for FAPYAT Scheme

  • Official recommendation letter from District/State/UT administration and Nehru Yuva Kendra, or NSS Regional Centre.
  • NGO registration certificate and activity report.
  • List of proposed activities, budget estimates, and age details of beneficiary youth

Application Process for FAPYAT Scheme

You can apply:

  • Offline by submitting an application to the Deputy Secretary/Director (Training), Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, Shastri Bhavan, New Delhi.
