The MSME Sarthak Scheme is a part of Industrial Policy 2020-25 of Govt of Karnataka. The scheme provides for institutional mechanisms to address challenges of MSME with regards to access to raw materials, market & credit, standardization, marketing and skill development.

  • Integrates marketplace aggregators such as e-mandis, APMC, NCDX, REMS etc.
  • Integrates data repositories such as FSSAI, AGMARK, Organic Certification etc.
  • Integrates sources of credit such as Banks, MUDRA, TReDS, Fund of Funds etc.

What is the MSME Sarthak Scheme?

  • The scheme develops digital portal for Facilitation, Information, Regulation & Ease of doing business
  • The scheme establishes a Centre of Excellence (CoE) to manage digital portal
  • The scheme integrates marketplace aggregators and supply chain logistics through a portal. For ex e-mandis, APMC, etc.
  • The scheme connects MSME with govt depts, wholesalers, retailers for product & market discoveries. 
  • The scheme integrates with existing data repositories of FSSAI and others.
  • The scheme integrates conventional & non-conventional sources of credit supply to MSMEs.

Eligibility for MSME Sarthak Scheme

You are eligible if:

  • You are an MSME registered and operating in Karnataka.

  • You are looking to grow your business

You are not eligible if: 

  • Your industry is not registered 
  • Your industry is located outside Karnataka.

  • Registered Udyam Number
  • Domicile Certificate of Karnataka

You can apply:

  • Online on the digital platform created by Karnataka Govt 
  • Offline at the Centre of Excellence at Bengaluru or other regional centers.
