Refund Policy

At Bullit, we are committed to delivering reliable and high-quality professional services. While we strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction, if you are dissatisfied, you may contact us, and we will, in accordance with this policy, attempt to resolve the issue, provide a refund, or issue a service credit for future use.

This Refund Policy must be read together with our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, as they collectively govern your rights and obligations in relation to any purchase made through https://www.bullit.in/ (“Bullit”).

1. Applicability This Refund Policy applies to all purchases, subscriptions, or service engagements made through Bullit or any official Bullit communication channel, covering (but not limited to):

i. Financial Schemes and Advisory Services

ii. Loan Facilitation and Processing support

iii. Compliance and Secretarial Assistance

iv. Credit Card advisory and related services

Note: This refund policy does not apply to loan, credit card, or financial product disbursements or repayments handled by third-party lenders or financial institutions, as such transactions are governed by their respective terms and conditions.

2. Refund Eligibility Refund or credit requests may be considered subject to the following conditions:

i. All refund or credit requests must be made in writing to our support team within three (3) business days from the date of service activation, invoice issuance, or delivery; whichever is earlier.

ii. Refund eligibility shall apply only where the service has not been fully rendered or delivered at the time of submission of the refund request.

iii. Fees corresponding to portions of work already delivered or utilized may be deducted proportionately from the refund amount.

iv. Requests made beyond the eligibility period or for services already concluded shall not qualify for a refund.

3. Non-Refundable / Excluded Services Refunds are not available in the following situations:

i. Where services have been fully completed, accepted, or utilized by the client.

ii. For customized or bespoke deliverables, such as compliance documentation or legal drafting performed after client approval.

iii. For fees paid to third parties (government agencies, regulators, credit bureaus, etc.).

iv. Where applications or filings have already been submitted to relevant authorities (e.g., loan submissions, credit card applications, scheme registration, etc.).

v. For penalties, interest, late fees, or maintenance charges, wherever applicable.

vi. For any service explicitly marked as “non-refundable” at the time of engagement or purchase.

4. Credit Option In accordance with this Policy, Bullit may offer a service credit or site credit in lieu of a cash refund. Such credit may be used toward future purchases or services, either in full or in part, as communicated in writing. Credits shall remain valid for six (6) months from the date of issuance unless otherwise communicated.

5. Refund Processing & Timelines Upon verification and approval, Bullit will initiate refunds or credits within seven (7) business days. Refunds will ordinarily be processed via the original mode of payment unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients are responsible for any bank charges or transaction deductions incurred during the refund process. Refunds for GST components will be subject to applicable tax laws and may not be available where the underlying tax payment has already been remitted to the government.

6. Force Majeure Bullit shall not be held responsible for any delay, interruption, or failure in performing its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Such events include, but are not limited to, natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, war, terrorism, labor strikes, system outages, or other force majeure events.

7. Dispute Resolution If you remain dissatisfied after receiving our resolution, you may escalate the matter by contacting us at: support@bullit.in. We aim to handle all disputes amicably and in good faith within 7 business days from the date of escalation.

This policy and any disputes arising hereunder shall be governed by the laws of India. Exclusive jurisdiction shall lie with the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra, unless otherwise specified in writing.

8. Amendments Bullit reserves the right to modify, amend, or update this Refund Policy at any time. Such revisions will take effect immediately upon posting on our website. Clients are encouraged to review this policy periodically to stay informed of updates.
