Option 2: Government Online/Offline Application

  1. Visit the official portal of the Industries & Mines Department, Government of Gujarat.
  2. Obtain prior approval: For technology acquisition applications, you must sign an MoU with technology provider and then apply within stipulated time (old version: within one year of MoU).
  3. Fill in the scheme application  and submit with required supporting documents .
  4. After scrutiny by DIC/Industries Commissionerate and approval by State Level Implementation Committee , you will receive sanction letter.
  5. After technology has been implemented and expenditure incurred, claim reimbursement or grant as per approved quantum.
  6. Ensure you follow scheme timeline and conditions.

Option 3: Through District Industries Centre 

  1. Visit your local DIC in Gujarat.
  2. Get guidance on whether your project qualifies under current scheme version, help in document preparation.
  3. Submit application via DIC or Industries Commissionerate as per guidelines.
