Training Fee (360° approach)

100% of course fee up to ₹10,000/month per person (paid to nodal institution)

If your approved course fee is ₹9,500/month for 8 months, the institute is reimbursed ₹9,500 × 8 = ₹76,000; you do not pay the fee. 

Mentoring Support

100% of mentorship cost up to ₹3,000/month per person for max 3 months

After training, if mentor fee is ₹2,500/month for 3 months, the scheme reimburses ₹7,500 to the mentor as per approval. (Ceiling ₹3,000/month.) 

Sustenance Allowance

₹5,000 per month to the trainee entrepreneur during training

For a 9-month programme, you receive ₹5,000 × 9 = ₹45,000 credited during the training period, subject to attendance/conditions.

Option 2: Apply directly via Government Portal / Nodal Institution

  1. Visit the Centre for Entrepreneurship Development (CED), Gujarat website / or the official industries & mines department partner portal.
  2. Download & fill the application form for the “Special Entrepreneurship Training with 360-Degree Approach” component.
  3. Submit application along with proof of SC/ST category, age eligibility, and choose a nodal institution (which must be approved by SLIC).
  4. Upon acceptance, attend the 6-12 months training programme, avail mentoring support and claim sustenance allowance during training.
  5. After completion, optionally proceed with setting up enterprise under SC/ST enterprise scheme.

Option 3: Liaise via Local District Industries Centre (DIC) / MSME Division
