“Assistance to Special Entrepreneurship Degree-Approach Training with 360 Promoters / with Mentoring Support and Sustenance Allowance for Entrepreneurs” is a training-cum-handholding component under BharatRatna Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Udyog Uday Yojana of the Government of Gujarat (Industries & Mines Department). It operates under the Gujarat Industrial Policy, 2020. The component’s purpose is to equip SC/ST first-generation entrepreneurs with end-to-end (360°) entrepreneurship training, structured mentoring and a monthly sustenance allowance during training, so you can start and run a viable MSME in Gujarat.
Key Features
- 360° training: Delivered by an approved nodal institution (e.g., CED/EDII/recognised institute), covering functional management, finance, sales & marketing, e-commerce, logistics, project and business planning, with diagnostics before training and a supportive post-training environment.
- Mentoring support: Expert mentors guide you on best practices, market entry and day-to-day decisions for a limited period after/during training; cost is reimbursed within the notified ceiling.
- Sustenance allowance: A fixed monthly amount helps you focus on training without income stress; paid for the period of the approved training.
- Fee coverage: The Government pays 100% of approved course fees up to ₹10,000 per month per person directly to the nodal institution.
- Duration: The programme must run ≥ 6 months and ≤ 12 months to qualify.
- No duplication: If the same training is already funded under another Government programme, assistance is not duplicated.
