Banglashree for MSMEs - Power Subsidy (PS) is a Government of West Bengal incentive under the Department of Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises and Textiles, notified on 22 July 2020, and effective from 1 April 2020 to 31 March 2025.
The scheme aims to reduce electricity consumption cost for MSMEs by providing subsidy on power usage in manufacturing activities. For you as an MSME, this incentive improves operational efficiency and reduces recurring energy expenses, especially during the initial years of business.

- Must be a Micro, Small or Medium Enterprise (manufacturing sector)

- Must have Udyam / Udyog Aadhaar Registration
- Must have approved project under Banglashree scheme
- Must consume electricity for industrial operations

- Non-manufacturing enterprises
- Units not using electricity for industrial purposes
