Banglashree for MSMEs - Subsidy for Standard Quality Compliance (SCCS) is a Government of West Bengal incentive under the Department of Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises and Textiles, notified on 22 July 2020, and effective from 1 April 2020 to 31 March 2025.
The scheme aims to promote quality improvement and certification among MSMEs by providing financial assistance for obtaining recognised quality certifications. For you as an MSME, this incentive helps improve product standards, build customer trust, and enhance competitiveness in domestic and export markets.

Eligibility Criteria
- Must be a Micro or Small Enterprise (manufacturing sector)
- Must be located in West Bengal
- Must have Udyam / Udyog Aadhaar Registration
- Must obtain certification from approved institutions / laboratories
- Must have approved project under Banglashree scheme

- Certification must be relevant to business operations
- Proper documentation of certification cost required
