Banglashree for MSMEs - Subsidy on Stamp Duty and Registration Fee (SDRFS) is a Government of West Bengal incentive under the Department of Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises and Textiles, notified on 22 July 2020, and effective from 1 April 2020 to 31 March 2025.
The scheme aims to reduce the initial cost of land acquisition for MSMEs by reimbursing stamp duty and registration fees paid for purchase or lease of land/building. For you as an MSME, this incentive lowers upfront project cost and improves financial feasibility while setting up or expanding your unit.

Eligibility Criteria
- Must be a Micro, Small or Medium Enterprise (manufacturing sector)
- Must be located in West Bengal
- Must have Udyam / Udyog Aadhaar Registration
- Must have an approved project under Banglashree scheme
- Must purchase or lease land/building for industrial use
Additional conditions:
- Property must be used for approved industrial activity
- Proper documentation of payment required
