Who can apply:
- Be an Indian citizen and resident of Kerala
- Be a young entrepreneur, researcher, or innovator
- Have a background in biotechnology or life sciences

- Be willing to work under the monitoring framework of KSCSTE
Who cannot apply:
- Applicants without relevance to biotechnology or life sciences
