Chief Minister Small Industries Promotion Scheme
The Chief Minister Small Industries Promotion Scheme (CM-SIPS) was launched by the Government of Rajasthan. It is administered by the Directorate of Industries / Industries & Commerce Department of Rajasthan. The scheme’s purpose is to promote the establishment of new small-scale units or expansion of existing ones in the state by providing subsidised loans and interest support. Key Features
- Loan Amount Range (₹25 lakh – ₹10 crore): This wide range ensures flexibility, micro and small entrepreneurs can access smaller loans, while medium-scale industrial units can obtain higher limits to modernise or diversify.
- Interest Subsidy (5 % – 8 %): The scheme provides graded interest subsidies, 8 % for loans up to ₹25 lakh, 6 % up to ₹5 crore, and 5 % up to ₹10 crore. This makes borrowing cheaper, helping enterprises manage interest burden effectively.
- Eligible Applicants: The scheme welcomes not just individuals but also formal entities like partnerships, companies, and SHGs, promoting inclusive entrepreneurship and collective enterprises.

Eligibility Criteria
Who Can Apply:
- Entrepreneurs or small industrial units registered in Rajasthan under MSME or Udyam norms.
- Individuals, partnerships, LLPs, private limited or cooperative industrial enterprises engaged in manufacturing or service activities.
- Units planning expansion, modernization, or diversification of existing operations.
- Must not be a loan defaulter and should have a viable project plan approved by a financial institution.
Who Cannot Apply:
- Units engaged purely in trading or speculative activities.
- Defaulters of banks, RIICO, or other financial institutions.
- Enterprises without requisite clearances (e.g., pollution, electricity, land ownership).
- Non-industrial activities outside the approved sectors under the scheme.

- Duly filled application form.
- Aadhaar/SSO ID and business registration documents.
- Udyam Registration Certificate .
- Detailed project report with cost estimate.
- Partnership deed or Memorandum & Articles of Association .
- Address proof and ID proof of promoters.
- Bank account statement and financial records .
- No-dues certificate from bank or financial institution.
- Proof of land/lease agreement for industrial use.
- Pollution clearance certificate .

Option 2: Apply Online via Rajasthan Single Window Portal
- Visit industries.rajasthan.gov.in or sso.rajasthan.gov.in.
- Log in using SSO ID and select the Chief Minister Small Industries Promotion Scheme option.
- Fill in the online application form, providing project details and uploading required documents.
- Submit application to the District Industries Centre for verification.
- Once approved, financial institutions process and sanction the loan with interest subsidy.
Option 3: Apply Offline through DIC or RIICO Office
- Visit the nearest District Industries Centre or RIICO office.
