Eligibility Criteria
To avail benefits under this scheme, you must meet the following conditions:
- The applicant must be a startup, innovation project, or new industry
- The entity can be a proprietorship, partnership, LLP, or company
- The unit must fall under micro or small scale category
- The enterprise must be established after 31 March 2016
- The project must operate within Himachal Pradesh
- The same incentive cannot be claimed under multiple schemes for the same component
