Detailed Explanation & Example

Interest Subsidy

9 % interest subsidy on loans up to ₹ 25 lakh; 7 % interest subsidy on loans up to ₹ 5 crore.

Example: If you take a loan of ₹ 20 lakh, you may be eligible for 9 % interest subsidy (i.e., interest cost reduced by that rate) under the scheme.

Margin Money Grant

Up to 25 % of project cost or maximum ₹ 25 lakh whichever is lower.

Example: If your project cost is ₹ 1 crore, you may get a margin money grant of 25% = ₹ 25 lakh  under the scheme.

Land allotment / plot reservation benefits

Plots reserved for SC/ST entrepreneurs, size increased to 4,000 m², reservation quota increased, no interest on installments.

Example: You as an SC entrepreneur may get industrial land plot of up to 4,000 m² at reserved rate, and you would not pay interest on the installment payments for that plot.

Stamp duty / conversion fee / SGST reimbursements

Additional benefits via RIPS-layered incentives: e.g., 100% stamp duty exemption, 100% land conversion waiver, 100% SGST reimbursement for 7 yrs.

Example: If you purchase land for setting up your unit, you may not pay conversion fee and stamp duty under the scheme’s benefit layers.
