Diagnostic study & implementation cost per unit

GoI contribution of ₹ 2.5 lakh per unit for selected MSEs

Example: Your unit is selected under the implementation phase the govt covers ₹ 2.5 lakh of cost; you pay cost share (25% micro / 50% small) as per norm.

Awareness workshop funding

GoI contribution of ₹ 1.25 lakh per programme

Example: An industry-association organises an awareness workshop for MSEs; government supports with ₹ 1.25 lakh.

C-Watch professional study / exposure visits

GoI contributions: 

  • ₹ 2.5 lakh for professional study; 

  • ₹ 7.5 lakh for technical exposure visit; 

  • ₹ 2.5 lakh for sample procurement; 

  • ₹ 5 lakh for product development; 

  • ₹ 1.5 lakh for popularisation. 

Example: Your association procures foreign product samples and analyses them; the govt supports ₹ 2.5 lakh for that component.

International study mission

GoI contribution ₹ 2.5 lakh/SME 

Example: Your enterprise is selected for an overseas visit; the govt gives ₹ 2.5 lakh, you pay part of the cost.

Application Process for the Scheme

Option 1: Apply with Bullit

Option 2: Government Process via DC

  1. Visit the scheme guidelines on the MSME website and download the application form.
  2. Submit application through the MSME-DI  office or designated nodal agency in your state presenting required documents.
  3. On approval, funds are released to the implementing agency/expert organisation; beneficiary MSE contributes prescribed share (25% for micro units, 50% for small units) and implements QMS/QTT interventions.
  4. Post implementation, submit utilisation certificate, progress report and performance improvement data for audit/monitoring.

Option 3: Approach an Expert/Implementing Organisation
MSEs may connect with listed expert organisations  authorised under the scheme—they can guide application, training, QMS/QTT deployment
