EPF Reimbursement per employee

100% of employer’s EPF contribution, up to 12% of basic + DA or ₹1,800/month, whichever is lower

Example: If you hire a new employee with basic salary + DA of ₹10,000 per month, employer share EPF = 12% of ₹10,000 = ₹1,200; since ₹1,200 is less than cap ₹1,800, you get reimbursement of ₹1,200 per month for that employee.

Duration of benefit per employee/unit

Up to 10 years from date of commencement/eligibility

Option 2: Government Online Portal

  1. Visit the official Investor Facilitation Portal  of the Industries & Mines Department, Government of Gujarat.
  2. Register your company or login with existing credentials.
  3. Fill application form for “EPF Reimbursement” under the Atmanirbhar Gujarat MSME incentive scheme. Include new employee details, DoCP, employment register, EPF proof.
  4. Upload required documents .
  5. Submit application and claim reimbursements as per specified claim periods  from the date of eligible commercial production.

Option 3: District Industries Centre  / MSME Facilitation Desk

  1. Visit or contact your local DIC or MSME facilitation centre in the district.
  2. They can help verify your eligibility , assist with uploading documents and tracking application.
  3. Follow up with the DIC or portal for sanctioning and disbursement of the reimbursement.
