Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for the scheme, the applicant must meet the following conditions:

• The applicant must be a micro, small, or medium manufacturing unit located in Goa.
• The unit must fall under White, Green, or Orange industrial category as per applicable environmental classification.
• The enterprise must procure at least 50% (in value) of its raw materials, components, tools, or other industrial inputs from local sources or suppliers in Goa.
• Eligible purchases include industrial inputs and consumables procured from Goan suppliers.
• Service-related purchases are not eligible under this scheme.
• The enterprise must comply with the guidelines issued by the Directorate of Industries, Trade and Commerce.
