Option 2: Government Process

  1. Visit the official portal – mahatextile.maharashtra.gov.in.
  2. Download the Capital Subsidy application for the ginning & pressing sector under ISTP 2023-28.
  3. Attach DPR, investment proof, machinery invoices, and compliance documents.
  4. Submit to the District Textile Office or online.
  5. After project commissioning, submit claim for verification and sanction.

Option 3: Offline Submission
Manual submission is allowed through the District Textile Officer if online facility is unavailable.
