The initiative aims to reduce import dependence, expand value addition, and build sustainability into Maharashtra’s textile value chain.

Who can apply
- New or expansion projects manufacturing synthetic, man-made or non-conventional yarns/fibres such as polyester, nylon, viscose, recycled fibre, bamboo, hemp etc.
- Units registered in Maharashtra between June 2023 and March 2028.
- Units meeting minimum fixed-investment thresholds for MSME / Large / Mega / Ultra-Mega categories.
- Environment-compliant units using approved technology.
