- MSMEs registered under Udyam.
- Government institutions and industry associations approved by the Ministry of MSME.

- Minimum 10 MSMEs must participate for financial support.
Non-eligibility
- Organizations with poor track record or financial mismanagement.
- Events with no significant international participation.
