Eligibility Criteria

- The applicant must be a pass-out trainee or ex-trainee of Handicrafts and Handloom Department training centres
- Preference is given to meritorious trainees
- In case of languishing crafts, relaxed eligibility may apply
- Minimum 5 trainees for small Karkhana and up to 10 trainees for large Karkhana
- The trainee must be willing to complete full training duration
