Incentive Scheme for MSMEs in Powerloom Sector - Subsidy for State Goods and Services Tax (SGST) is a Government of West Bengal incentive implemented through the Department of Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises and Textiles, notified on 20 December 2021, and effective from 1 January 2022 to 31 December 2024.

- Must be located in West Bengal
- Must have Udyam Registration
- Must be engaged in manufacturing and sale of goods
- Must pay SGST to Government of West Bengal
- Project must be approved under the scheme

- Proper SGST filing and payment required
- Certification from Commercial Tax authority required
Non-eligibility conditions:
- Non-powerloom units
- Service sector enterprises
- Enterprises not paying SGST
- Incomplete or unverifiable tax records
