Scheme for Assistance to Logistic Park
You as a logistics-infrastructure developer or industrial infrastructure stakeholder in Gujarat can benefit from this scheme run by the Industries & Mines Department, Government of Gujarat under the state policy for logistics parks. The purpose is to support the creation of logistics parks/warehousing and related infrastructure – so that your business (or your park’s occupant units) can benefit from better logistics, storage, inter-modal linkages, and thereby improve competitiveness and employment generation. The benefit for you is a significant subsidy / reimbursement on eligible fixed capital investment in the logistics park infrastructure and reimbursement of stamp duty etc, thereby reducing your capital burden and making your project more viable.
Key Features
- Capital subsidy on eligible fixed infrastructure investment – A defined percentage (e.g., 25%) of eligible investment is reimbursed.
- Reimbursement of stamp duty on land purchase – 100% of stamp duty paid on purchase of land for the logistic park may be reimbursed.
- Project completion & maintenance conditions – The park must be completed within a specified period and maintained for a minimum period .
- Minimum area & infrastructure criteria – The logistic park must meet minimum area threshold and provide required infrastructure: internal roads, power, water, sewage, etc.
