Option 2: Apply directly via Government Portal

  1. Visit the official website of the State Industries & Mines Department or the MSME Commissionerate for Gujarat and locate the scheme “Assistance in Rent to MSEs”. 
  2. Register your unit under the relevant state industrial policy, fill out the form for rental assistance, upload lease/rent deed, manufacturing registration, commencement of production details, etc.
  3. After verification, the sanction order is issued. Submit claims for the rent assistance as per guidelines .
  4. The sanctioned assistance is credited to the unit’s bank account once compliance is certified .

Option 3: Liaise via the Local District Industries Centre  or MSME Facilitation Desk

  1. Visit the nearest DIC in Gujarat and enquire about the scheme get guidance on eligibility, required documentation and claim deadlines.
  2. Collect the checklist and submission format; ensure that rental premises and lease deed comply.
  3. Submit your application through the DIC or approved portal; follow up for sanction and receive disbursement once conditions are met.
