Option 2: Through GIDC Headquarters

  1. GIDC identifies potential saturated estates and prepares a project report for multi-storeyed shed development.
  2. The proposal is submitted to the Industries Commissionerate, Government of Gujarat for approval under the scheme.
  3. Once sanctioned, construction begins under GIDC supervision.
  4. After completion, sheds are allotted to eligible MSEs at predetermined rates.

Option 3: For MSEs – Allotment Process

  1. Interested MSEs can apply for allotment through GIDC’s official portal once sheds are available.
  2. Applicants must provide their Udyam registration, project details, and business plan.
  3. Sheds are allotted based on sector priority and GIDC policy guidelines.
