Example: The scheme may allocate funds to an institution to conduct a survey of export-oriented MSMEs on technology upgradation.

Example: Funds would cover field visits, data-entry, analytics software used to compile employment statistics in MSME sector.

₹ 60 crore over 5 years 

Example: For each year a portion of this ₹ 60 crore will be used to commission several studies and data-surveys.

Application Process for the Scheme

Option 1: Apply with Bullit

Option 2: Government Process via MoMSME

  1. Review the latest Revised Guidelines of SSPR  and check eligibility, scope, selection process.
  2. If your institution is not already empanelled, apply for empanelment via the prescribed format .
  3. When MoMSME issues a “Letter of Invitation ” / “Request for Proposals ” for a survey/study, submit your detailed proposal including Terms of Reference , methodology, past experience, financial bid. 
  4. On selection by the Steering Committee & Scrutiny Committee, sign agreement, perform the study as per timeline, deliver outputs , and receive payments in instalments (40 % first, then 35 % on draft submission, 25 % on final)

Option 3: Through Collaboration/Consortium
Institutions may form consortiums or collaborate to respond to MoMSME-RFPs under this scheme and combine expertise.
