The Technology Transfer & Commercialisation Support Scheme is implemented by the Kerala Startup Mission (KSUM) under the Government of Kerala. The scheme is operational during the current plan period as part of Kerala’s startup and innovation policy framework. Its main purpose is to help startups, MSMEs, and innovators convert research outcomes and technologies into market-ready products. The scheme supports the transfer of technology from research institutions to enterprises and helps innovators overcome financial and technical barriers in commercialising their innovations.
