Testing Equipment Assistance Scheme is a Haryana State Government initiative launched by the Industries and Commerce Department, Government of Haryana under the Enterprises Promotion Policy, 2015. The scheme became effective from 15 August 2015 and remained operational up to 15 August 2020. Its primary purpose is to support Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs) in upgrading product quality by assisting them in purchasing testing equipment. As an MSME, your business can benefit by ensuring better quality control of raw materials and finished products, thereby improving competitiveness and achieving “Zero Defect” standards in manufacturing.

Eligibility Criteria
- Must be a Micro or Small Enterprise
- Must be located in Haryana
- Must have SSI Registration / EM Part-II / Udyog Aadhaar
- Unit should be in commercial production
- Unit must be in regular production at the time of subsidy disbursement
- Must have necessary approvals such as NOC/CLU (if applicable)
- Equipment must be new and not second-hand
- Equipment should not be sold for 5 years without approval

- Units listed under restrictive categories notified by the State
- Closed or non-operational units
- Purchase of second-hand testing equipment
- Disposal of equipment within 5 years without approval
