USERC Establishment and Operation of Entrepreneurship Development Centers
USERC Establishment and Operation of Entrepreneurship Development Centers is a Government of Uttarakhand initiative implemented through the Uttarakhand State Entrepreneurship and Regional Centres (USERC) under the Department of Industries. The scheme aims to establish and operate Entrepreneurship Development Centres (EDCs) across the state to promote entrepreneurship, skill development, and MSME growth.
The primary objective is to create a strong ecosystem where aspiring entrepreneurs receive training, guidance, mentoring, and support services to start and sustain businesses. For you as an MSME or startup, this scheme helps you gain practical entrepreneurial skills and access support systems, reducing the risk of business failure.

- Mentorship and guidance: You receive expert guidance from professionals and institutions, improving your chances of business success.
- Ecosystem development: EDCs act as hubs connecting entrepreneurs with financial institutions, government schemes, and markets.
