The scheme aims to support industrial park developers by providing financial assistance for construction of approach roads connecting the industrial park to main roads or highways. Eligibility Criteria
- Must be a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV)
- SPV must be registered under Companies Act / LLP / Society / Partnership
- Must develop an Approved Industrial Park (AIP)
- Must construct approach road connecting park to main road/highway
- Project must be approved by State Level Empowered Committee (SLEC)
Additional conditions:
- Road must be part of approved infrastructure plan
- Compliance with local authority and land regulations required

- Projects without SPV structure
- Unapproved infrastructure development
- Non-compliance with statutory norms
