Detailed Explanation (with example)

Capital incentives for logistics parks

Subsidy on capital investment for logistics park developers in Zones 1 & 2; land cost excluded while calculating FC investment.

Example: A developer builds a 50-acre logistics park in Zone 1, cost excluding land ₹100 cr; eligible for X% subsidy under policy.

Power at industrial rate & extra incentive for green logistics

Parks get electricity at industrial rate; if part of green logistics, additional 10% incentive.

Example: Your logistics unit in such park gets favourable power tariff; if you deploy electric cargo trucks, you get extra benefit.
