Option 2: Apply Through the Official UP Government Portal

  1. Visit the UP government’s entrepreneurship portal or youth services portal (as notified).
  2. Register using Aadhaar, mobile, and email ID.
  3. Fill in the CM-YUVA online application form.
  4. Upload documents: project report, KYC, business details.
  5. Attend training/assessment (if scheduled).
  6. Application is forwarded to district authorities and banks for processing.
  7. Final approval is issued digitally or through district-level committees.

Option 3: Apply Through District Industries Centre (DIC)

  1. Visit the District Industries Centre in your district.
  2. Collect and fill the CM-YUVA application form.
  3. Submit physical documents and project details.
  4. DIC verifies and forwards the application to training partners and banks.
  5. Bank sanctions the loan, and the applicant receives support for onboarding.
