The One Local Body One Product (OLOP) Scheme is a cluster development initiative implemented by the Directorate of Industries and Commerce, Government of Kerala. The scheme was launched to promote one identified traditional or potential product in each Local Self Government Institution (LSGI) such as Grama Panchayat, Municipality, or Corporation. The scheme is ongoing and aims to strengthen local enterprises, improve product competitiveness, generate employment, and promote decentralised industrial development across Kerala.

- Financial Assistance for Common Facilities and Infrastructure: The scheme provides support for creating common facilities such as processing units, tools, testing facilities, or shared infrastructure required for the identified product cluster.
- Support for Marketing, Branding, and Value Addition: Assistance is provided for activities like packaging, branding, quality improvement, and market promotion to improve product visibility and competitiveness.
- Cluster-Based Development Through LSGIs: Enterprises producing the selected product are organised as a cluster under the local body, ensuring coordinated development and shared benefits.
- Implementation Through Industries Department and Local Bodies: District Industries Centres coordinate implementation, while Local Bodies play a key role in product identification, beneficiary mobilisation, and monitoring.
