ETP and DG Sets

50% of project cost, up to ₹5 crore per unit

Example: ETP and DG cost ₹9 crore → Subsidy = ₹4.5 crore (within cap).

Training/Testing/R&D Facilities

25% of project cost, up to ₹2.5 crore per unit

Example: ₹8 crore spent → ₹2 crore reimbursed.

Worker Hostels/Staff Quarters

25% of project cost, up to ₹5 crore per unit

Example: ₹18 crore spent → ₹4.5 crore reimbursed.

Option 2: Apply via UP Industrial Development Portal

  1. Visit the Nivesh Mitra portal (https://niveshmitra.up.nic.in).
  2. Register your unit under the UP Textile and Garmenting Policy 2022.
  3. Upload necessary documents and DPR (Detailed Project Report).
  4. Submit application for subsidy under Infrastructure or Capital Support section.
  5. Track application status via dashboard and respond to queries from the Directorate.

Option 3: Apply Offline (Department Route)

  1. Obtain the application form from the Directorate of Handloom and Textiles, Lucknow.
  2. Submit physical documents including DPR, ownership proof, and project details.
  3. The department conducts field verification before subsidy release.
